Jace and Seth Backstory

Seth wakes up in the morning, groaning as he remembers that today is the graduation day for the transfer students from the mainland. He quickly gets dressed and goes to the gym where there's been twelve rows of chairs set up, as well as a stage with a podium. As he takes a seat, he feels some nostalgia for some reason.

He rushes to the side of the Glasgow, looking over it. "Wow, they're far superior to any other weapons the terrorists have! They've got no chance! Somehow, I remember these kind of Knightmares..." he reminisces about the past.

"Exactly, there is no way they will be able to even scratch us" replied Jace proudly, "Your big brother's going to bring peace this country yet."

He sighs, and looks down. "Brother, did you see any of these Knightmares during the invasion?" he says bluntly, looking at him with wide eyes.

"I came after the invasion, but I have seen them in the news. Other than the ones I saw once i joined the military of course." replied Jace, "Why do you ask?"

He sighs again. "I was there when they started invading. I only survived by telling a soldier that I was a Britannian child of a Noble. As for the Elevens..." he says to him.

Jace turned around and let out a sigh. "The elevens resisted. It was the only way. We couldn't just let them get away with resisting. You will understand too one day that sometimes, an iron hand is required"

He frowns, and rests his head on his hand. "But that doesn't justify the slaughtering I saw. They are human beings as well as us, even if they did lose the main war for their country." he says to Jace, sighing.

"You don't understand okay!?" yelled Jace into the empty halls as he spun around to face Seth, "Sacrifices, have to be made. Sometimes we don't like it, but they are neccessary. For the sake of peace, we have to do these things. Maybe one day you will understand..."

He sighs, closing his eyes, not willing to argue anymore. "I just hate people who rise above people just because of their birthright. Regardless of whether the main objective is peace, people won't accept it because of past events." he remarks to himself sadly.

"It's unfortunate you think way. Trust me though, one day you will realise how naive you were" Replied Jace as he began to walk out of the Knightmare bay. "Come on, there is something I want to show you."

"Even if I am naive, it's better than being the racist pigs that most Britannians are..." he just mutters to himself as he follows Jace.

Jace bit his tongue as he continued to walk along. Despite agreeing with Seth, most Britanians were in fact stupid racist pigs, he found his disregard for national pride a little upsetting. Lucky he was his brother, any other would of had an ear full about 'insubordination' and 'disrespect'.
"I would suggest you don't mention the 'racist pig' part around any other Britanians. I doubt they will be as understanding as me." replied Jace both cautiously and ominously before he opened the exit "Time to pay a visitor to the simulator." a small smile on Jaces face again.
